This KEEPCARING meta-analysis looks at solutions that reduce stress and support resilience among hospital healthcare professionals. It defines stress, burn-out and resilience, and helps shape the project’s study protocols.

User requirements CMP

The KEEPCARING CMP will help users understand stress, burnout and resilience, and find useful solutions. This document explains how stakeholders helped shape the platform through co-design events and user feedback.
